Lifeguard tower at Venice Beach. They’re always painted this light blue color. I don’t know how the powers that be decided on this color. It seems like fire engine red, or emergency yellow might be a better choice. Well, maybe not fire engine red. It might cause undue anxiety among the beach-goers. Best time of the day at Venice Beach.
